3Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on besa8. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Besa8 reserves the right to verify withdrawal requests, which may result in minor processing delays. In cases of suspected suspicious activity, besa8 may request additional documentation or place a hold on the withdrawal.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Besa8 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, detailed on the relevant offer page. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 30x to 40x).
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is still active, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or IP address are not eligible to claim bonuses.
• Free spin bonuses are only applicable to selected slot games and must be used before they expire.
• Besa8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5Betting Rules

The following rules are mandatory when betting on besa8 and apply to all game types — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and others.

Sports Betting

• A single player may place a maximum bet of BDT 10,000 per event (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• Bets placed on events that have already started are not accepted unless placed as live betting.
• If an event is cancelled, bets will be automatically refunded.
• Besa8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrectly published odds.

Live Casino & Slots

• The minimum and maximum bet for each game are displayed in the game lobby.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, besa8 may void that round and refund the bet.
• Besa8 is not responsible for any missed games resulting from loss of internet connection.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on besa8. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to circumvent bonus conditions through specific betting patterns.
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other players or besa8 staff.
• Chargeback fraud — attempting to reverse a payment after making a deposit.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Besa8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provision of false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• At the player's own request — players may close their account at any time.

Account Closure by Player

If you wish to voluntarily close your besa8 account, please submit a request through our support team. Any pending bets must be settled and eligible balances withdrawn before closure. Inactive accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee of BDT 100 per month.

8Privacy & Data Protection

In matters of interpretation or disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions, the decision of besa8's governing authority shall be considered final. All disputes will first be subject to resolution through direct discussion.
